Piss Poor Management

This micro managed company has the worse office staff and maintenance staff I have ever encountered. Dirty apartments, poor attitudes and over priced. Much like living in Stalag 17 only that is likely nicer and more friendly. Maintenance has no emergencies and office is open, whenever. Buildings have outdated malfunctioning, electric and plumbing. Mice, insects. Rust water. Mold. The owner Commandant Laverne Collins does flowers and landscaping to pretty up the outside but the inside is a disaster waiting to happen. Run don't walk from these apartments. I give it one star only because I can give it 0 stars
